Britain By Car - A Motoring History

A market town on the River Monnow, on the western side of the Wye Valley, and a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.  It was the birthplace, in 1387, of Henry V, King of England.  The town has a rich and varied history, and a number of the older buildings have a close link to the Rolls family.

A memorial to Charles Rolls - aviation and motoring pioneer, and co-founder of Rolls-Royce Ltd.

In front of the Shire Hall, Agincourt Square, Monmouth.

1911 - present.
