The Lincolnshire Vintage Vehicle Society was founded by a group of local businessmen in 1959, with the aim of preserving local vehicles of historic interest.

Lightbox Image The Society’s first vehicle was a former Lincoln Corporation bus.  Since then, the collection has steadily grown.  Today it comprises approximately 70 vehicles, about 30 of which are buses and coaches, and the remainder commercial vehicles, motor cars, and a small number of cycles and motor cycles.

The current premises are in a purpose-built building, opened in 2010.
