Britain By Car - A Motoring History


The largest town in Scotland, Paisley is located about seven miles to the west of Glasgow.  Its development during the first half of the 19th century was largely based on weaving and textile manufacture, with the town’s name still closely associated with the Kashmiri-derived fabric design.
