Commentary
Set in the grounds of the 18th century Stockwood Estate, the Discovery Centre is an exhibition and arts and craft centre focussing on aspects of local history.  Permanent exhibitions include the Mossman Carriage Collection - the largest of its kind in Britain.

The Discovery Centre has four Vauxhall cars on display: a 10-4 c1947, a Wyvern, c1953, a Victor, c1961, and a 1972 Viva.  However, there is little detailed reference in the exhibition to Luton’s long-standing motor industry.
